Maleficent

Hung out with Sharon and Mel ytd at CityOne. So nice to see Sharon again. We've been friends for 13 years already O.O We're studying in different schools so it's rare to hang out with her.

Hmm she has the best family ever. Her parents treat her like a princess. Literally.

We watched Maleficent and it was shooo awesome.

Maleficent explores the untold story of Disney's most iconic villain, Maleficent, from the 1959 classic Sleeping Beauty.

I really really loved it and I personally think Angelina Jolie did a great job portraying Maleficent. She gave viewers a clear view of what's Maleficent is like. She is awesome. Plus Ella Purnell (she's the one acting as young Maleficent) is shooo pretty. Thumbs up to her!

And I dont know why but English actresses always look perfect. I don't know how to describe it but they're just so elegant and...English. fml.

And most of you girls out there are hoping to see a prince in this movie and yay, you will :D...but you're not gonna like him. He just appeared in like...what...3 scenes? Who the heck put him there anyway? First, he met Aurora in the woods, they talked, heart fluttered, butterflies and stuff so they believe he was true love. Second, he was not true love and his kiss failed. (Spoiler! only saying this after you read the whole sentence. Hah!) Third, he appeared in the ending scene. wtflappybird. Me and Mel was like wow happy ending, it's so pretty and happy and...*camera turns*...wait a second...*prince shows up*....

So annoying.

And Sam Riley played the crow whom Maleficent can change to any creature she wanted it to be. And at the most thrilling part of the story where the king tried to kill Maleficent (and of course failed), she turned the crow into a dragon and that was shoooo awesome! Loll.

Not saying much because I don't wanna be a spoiler but i'll say this. Maleficent is a good person. She protected Aurora secretly and they grew close to each other because Maleficent sees herself in Aurora... and she tried to reverse the curse but it failed. (Highlight it)

We took a bunch of pics at Sharon's house. And more at Fullhouse.

Toilet selfie. Classic.

Bye! xoxo

Rough month.

April's gone. May is here. And somehow I feel sad about it tho camp is over.

So many things I wanna say but im just not in that position to say anything. That sucks a lot.
Ever felt like you're the only one that's worried about what might happen next?

Bittersweet 16

16th Birthday. Sweet 16 they say. Well it's bittersweet for me. I went for camp during my birthday. There's good times, bad times, times we cried and times we laughed. It was a great experience for me. I'll always remember that night when everybody circled the campfire singing birthday songs for me. A big thanks from the bottom of my heart. I really appreciate it. I also woke up the next morning to find a birthday card containing many cute birthday wishes from my friends. :') Thanks guys.

Celebrated birthday earlier because I can't celebrate it with my family during camp.

Chocolate Fresh Cream
Hit the jackpot again. Amazing cake.

Well, birthdays are just a day only. What matters most is what you do in that year. How much you will grow. Which paths will you take.
Right?

That's the end of my 2014's birthday.
Ikr.
Tho, i'm thankful anyway.

Deep music.

All your acting
Your thin disguise
All your perfectly delivered lies
They don't fool me
You've been lonely, too long

Let me in the wall, you've built around
And we can light a match and burn it down
Let me hold your hand and dance 'round and 'round the flame
In front of us
Dust to dust

You've held your head up
You've fought the fight
You bear the scars
You've done your time
Listen to me
You've been lonely, too long

Genius. Genius.

Singer? Songwriter?

Songwriter.

Singer-songwriter?

Done, end of story.

I wish I had written that. But no, of course it wasn't me.

Dust to Dust by The Civil Wars.

The Civil Wars is an American musical duo composed of singer-songwriters Joy Williams and John Paul White. After releasing a live-performance album and a four-song EP, their full-length album Barton Hollow was released in 2011
Wiki here.

I love duets/duos whatever you call them. I love hearing contrast of voices.

I love a bit of indie folk in a song. The Civil Wars does it. That's the kind of music that captures the heart. Well at least it captures mine.

I hate people that judges one's taste in music. I have friends that says i'm always listening to weird songs because all they listen to is pop music. Pop music is good, of course, but I love music that stays in the heart not the mind. I listen to alt rock and a little bit of indie folk.

Who doesn't love One Republic and Bastille or Coldplay?

Anyways, remember Safe & Sound by Taylor Swift? She featured The Civil Wars and it was amazing. I held on to that song for like months before getting addicted to something else. Taylor's music changed, I loved her more when she was still country-pop. Now she's gone all pop. But she brought her country self back in Safe & Sound with some folk from The Civil Wars. Perfect.

Thanks, xoxo.

Just starting to crawl.

I think I've changed, in a bad way. I shouldn't be like this. It's all about greed, everything is all about greed. I wanted more, I wanted people to care, to really care and not just care because we're just new friends. I'll fix this. I will.

Irvin said that everyone has a crush at this point of life. I went on denying but then it was true. Everyone has a crush. Crushes are not falling in love btw. It's just a really good feeling towards someone. It's not falling in love. You're just on the edge.

Seeing my friends winning the badminton competition really makes me happy. I don't know why but I just felt so so happy for them. 1. Yaw really gave me the comfort when I lost the game the other day. I really support him too. I guess that's why I'm so happy. 2. I feel like I let Irvin down, man, I lost the game. All he worked hard for, and I just lost it like that. He won doubles with Leo and I guess I'm happy because at least he did win something.

Friends come and go, trust me, it's the most hurtful truth you'll ever hear. So appreciate every second with them because when they go they might never come back.
